At Satya Sanctuary, our aim is to build a community, a place you can call home and a place you can feel a part of something! Yin & Embodiment workshop with Monique & Lauren
Saturday 29th March 3-5pm

Join Monique and Lauren at Satya Sanctuary Knutsford for an afternoon of yin and embodiment practice. Drawing from the teachings of restorative yoga and somatics, this more embodied practice encourages you to move more slowly; to sense and feel in the postures and into free movement. Making it suitable for all abilities and experiences. 
This workshop will leave you feeling more restful, more easeful and perhaps feeling a little more kindness towards yourself.
