Charlotte and the team offer a variety of options built into a bespoke package dependant on the individual needs of your team and the available budget. We have previously offered events for organisations such as Lululemon, Prevent Breast Cancer and the NHS at a variety of different venues. We offer everything from Meditation, Sound Healing, Chair Yoga, Breathwork and more either in our beautiful space or at your office!

Prevent Breast Cancer Staff Wellbeing Event

“As life becomes increasingly hectic, it’s crucial to prioritise your team’s well-being to ensure better work-life harmony. I recently organised a corporate wellness day for my team. We’ve been facing substantial pressures lately, and it’s been challenging to connect and reflect on our achievements and the obstacles we’ve encountered. The event was hosted by the incredibly talented Charlotte from Satya Sanctuary. It struck the perfect balance between enjoyment and relaxation, providing us with a Yoga Trapeze session, followed by stress management techniques and finished the day with meditation and Yoga. I cannot recommend the experience enough, it was exactly what we needed”

NHS Staff Wellness Event

“Having attended many of Charlotte’s classe and workshops, I booked Charlotte to do our first ever wellbeing afternoon for all of the staff at my GP practice. Prior to the event there was a lot of scepticism/worry from my staff with regards to the fact they would have to do Yoga, and many did not see how it woud help them. Charlotte worked with me prior to the event to come up with a schedule that would be accessible and acceptable to them. We decided on a stress management session, followed by a stretch session and a meditation session.

On the day Charlotte began by introducing herslef and letting everyone know the path that had led her to becoming a Yoga Teacher. She then led a brilliant and insightful stress management session, and a wonderful relaxing Yoga and meditation session. Having been put at ease by Charlotte we found that the staff were very relaxed and found the session to be a lot of fun and very beneficial. Even the most sceptical staff members commented to me that they found Charlotte very relatable and different to what they expected, and that they would consider further Yoga based on this experience. The opening comments the next time I saw some of the staff were ‘we want another Yoga day’-a complete change from the apprehension that they had felt prior to the session. I would thoroughly recommend Charlotte for any staff well-being events you may be planning!”
