Fitness

Barre
Our Barre classes are dynamic and upbeat! Bringing together movements inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates, Barre is designed to offer the infamous Barre burn without the impact and DOMS you get from other movement styles. A full body workout loaded with low-impact and high intensity moves that will sculpt, strengthen and elongate your muscles. Suitable for all levels, ages and experiences.

Keep Moving
A fitness class designed to be low level and low impact designed for those who may want a more gentle class with or without the assistance of a chair. During this class we may use small weights, resistance bands or pilates balls. It is open to all levels and abilities.

DanceFit
Dance Fit is a fitness class with a dance element using easy to follow routines to up to date chart music. Dance Fit is a fun, high intensity, all over body workout incorporating dance moves as well as traditional aerobic exercises. 

Trapeze Fit
A full body functional fitness class this class will truly test your fitness, strength and endurance. With movements both on and off the floor you’ll see your fitness and strength grow like never before! With options for all this class is suitable for all levels!

Mamma Barre
Becoming a Mum doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the things you love!

Join us at the Barre for a full body workout, designed to support & strengthen your post partum body and the best thing is baby can come too!

Yoga

Trapeze Yoga
The Yoga Trapeze is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended material sling with suspension hand sets to transform traditional yoga into a multi dimensional experience. This class builds strength, flexibility, confidence and connection to self. Trapeze is open to all with options for everyone.

Hatha Flow
Hatha meaning “ha” sun and “tha” moon alludes to the opposites in life; light and dark, movement and stillness, yin and yang. It is a practice which traditionally moves more slowly than Vinyasa or Ashtanga using static holds to bring balance and harmony to body and mind.

Awakening Flow
Flow into your day seamlessly with our awakening flow, designed to release any niggles you may have gained during the night. Like a cup of coffee for your body and mind, it’s the perfect way to start your day!

Warm Blissful Flow
Ananda or Bliss in Yoga is a state of true peace, of true connection with every aspect of the self. A class to reset, realign and restore, beginning with meditation, then slowly inviting movement into the body, building towards a strong yet gentle flow to start your Sunday the right way!

Flow Express
A shortened flow for the Yogi on the go, the perfect way to break up your day, release the strains of the working day and reset ready for the rest of the day!

Hot Vinyasa Flow
A heated class combining movement with breath. This dynamic practice builds heat within the body, bringing strength, freedom and fluidity to body and mind.

Yogaboard
A completely unique style of practice, as we swap our mats for a wooden board, domed underneath to mimic the effects of being on water. The perfect practice for building balance, core strength and focus it’s one not to miss!

Yin & Sound
Yin is a challenge for both body and mind, working to find stillness and ease within it. During your practice we work deep into the connective tissues to release and retrain the body to a place of ease. We will then flow into a meditation and nurturing crystal sound bath to complete your healing session.

Heated Yin Yang
Yin Yang Flow is a fun and creative way to explore both the yin and yang sides of yoga through a well-rounded practice. Each class is a fusion of body opening yin postures, dynamic full-body flows and calming breathwork.

Ashtanga
This class is based on the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. It focuses on the fundamentals of ashtanga with modifications to make it accessible to all. A practice which will build strength, flexibility, focus and endurance. This class is suitable for all levels.

Yin & Yoga Nidra
Yin is a challenge for both body and mind, working to find stillness and ease within it. During your practice we work deep into the connective tissues to release and retrain the body to a place of ease. Yoga Nidra or Yogic Sleep is the perfect pairing bringing healing, balance, peace and rest into every aspect of the self!

Satya Signature Flow
Combining each of the five senses, this flow combines aromatherapy, meditation, massage, sound healing and movement to create a truly healing experience. Each week will have a different theme to which each sense is connected during our practice!

Slow Flow
A dance between slow flowing intentional movement and mindful pauses to encourage time to rest and integrate through your practice. Practices will follow a monthly theme inspired by nature and different wisdom traditions, encouraging deeper connection and understanding of your practice beyond the physical postures.

This class will be a creative blend of movement, themes, meditation, breathwork and sound incorporating instruments in meditation and relaxation, and exploration of different mantra.

Candlelit Yoga
Wind down from the day in the beautiful candlelight to nurture and nourish your body with a mixture of movement and meditation to set you up for the best nights sleep!

Mandala Flow
This will be a playful but nourishing practice, where we will move 360 degrees around the mat. This practice challenges the body whilst also connecting you to the power of the breath and finding inner focus. The practice begins and ends with restorative postures, so you will have a little bit of everything!

Pregnancy Yoga
Offer your pregnant body the care it deserves with this peaceful Yoga class.
Expect a mix of strengthening and relaxing practices that will ease your aches & pain and promote peace of mind.
Connect to the local pregnant community and prepare for the transition to motherhood in the safe hands of our specialist teacher.

Restorative Yoga
A slow, nourishing and less active class. The perfect class to improve flexibility, clear your mind and de-stress. The class will be cosy and warm to help you unwind and relax both mind and body.

Restorative postures often use props, are held for longer periods and are carefully selected to help improve joint pain and stretch your body from head to toe.

The class is suitable for beginners but also seasoned yoga students who want to improve their flexibility.

Chair Yoga
Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible.

Mini Yogis (2-4yrs)
A beautiful class designed to introduce your little Yogi to a practice that will last them a life time. Designed to support both parent and child in a way that is easy for them to understand and for you to replicate in your day to day life. Please note a parent must be in attendance for the duration of the class.

Little Yogis (5-10yrs)
A class designed for all levels and abilities, the perfect accompaniment to their time at school, this class helps children to explore their bodies, minds and emotions whilst building their own individual practice. Children may be left with the teacher at this age without an adult.

Teen Yogis (11-15yrs)
A class designed for all levels and abilities, with all the techniques, wisdom and practices Yoga can provide to support them through the tumultuous teenage years preparing them for adulthood!

Family Yoga (suitable for ages 5-11yrs)
Sharing Yoga and its wisdom with the next generation, join together as a family to share time, connection and Yoga.
Please note that this class is one child per adult (anyone over the age of 16 are welcome to act as the adult for each child).
