At Satya Sanctuary, we are so lucky to have an incredible team of facilitators offering over 30 classes a week ranging from Fitness to Yoga, so here’s the low down on what you can expect! To book onto any of our classes click here
Barre
Our Barre classes are dynamic and upbeat! Bringing together movements inspired by Ballet, Yoga and Pilates, Barre is designed to offer the infamous Barre burn without the impact and DOMS you get from other movement styles. A full body workout loaded with low-impact and high intensity moves that will sculpt, strengthen and elongate your muscles. Suitable for all levels, ages and experiences.
Barre Strong
Where that infamous Barre burn meets strength training! A combination of traditional barre and strength training using innovative circular weights this class will build strength, cardio fitness and endurance whilst also building flexibility and mobility. Please note that this class is not suitable whilst pregnant as it has several deep core tracks.
Mamma Barre
Becoming a Mum doesn’t mean you have to miss out on the things you love!
Join us at the Barre for a full body workout, designed to support & strengthen your post partum body and the best thing is baby can come too!
Candlelit Pilates
Immerse yourself in the tranquil glow as we connect mind, body, and breath through mindful movement. Experience the power of slowing down, embracing each graceful flow with intention and grace. Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on posture, flexibility and strength. It's suitable for all ages and fitness. A focus is placed on building core strength. Many people think of their abdomen as the core but it includes the sides, mid to low back, glutes and hips, making this a great class all round!
Trapeze Fit
A full body functional fitness class this class will truly test your fitness, strength and endurance. With movements both on and off the floor you’ll see your fitness and strength grow like never before! With options for all this class is suitable for all levels! Please note that this class is not suitable whilst pregnant.
Yoga
Ashtanga
This class is based on the primary series of Ashtanga Yoga. It focuses on the fundamentals of ashtanga with modifications to make it accessible to all. A practice which will build strength, flexibility, focus and endurance. This class is suitable for all levels, however, it is not suitable whilst pregnant.
Awakening Flow
Flow into your day seamlessly with our awakening flow, designed to release any niggles you may have gained during the night. Like a cup of coffee for your body and mind, it’s the perfect way to start your day!
Breathe & Flow
Join Sho for a grounding evening practice, where you will leave feeling restored and relaxed. This practice will be centred around the power of the breath and connecting body, mind and heart. This will include pranayama breathwork, a gentle flow and restorative grounding postures so you get a little bit of everything.
Chair Yoga
Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible.
Crystal Flow & Sound Bath
Combining the energy of our weekly crystal from our partners Kanoa Living, we bring together yoga and sound meditation to create a class like no other! Each participant will also receive their crystal to take home with them, building your collection each week.
Dharma Yoga
Dharma Yoga is a fluid yet demanding style, created by the school of Sri Dharma Mittra.
A combination of physical postures to build strength and flexibility, breathing exercises to enhance pranic (life force) energy, and meditation to cultivate inner peace and self-awareness.
Dharma Yoga classes typically involve a wide range of asanas, including standing poses, forward bends, backbends, twists, inversions, and balancing postures.
This class is suitable for all levels, however, it is not suitable whilst pregnant.
Family Yoga (suitable for ages 3-10yrs)
Sharing Yoga and its wisdom with the next generation, join together as a family to share time, connection and Yoga.
We also offer a Family Trapeze Class on the last Sunday of the month.
Flow Express
A shortened flow for the Yogi on the go, the perfect way to break up your day, release the strains of the working day and reset ready for the rest of the day!
Heated Yin Yang
Yin Yang Flow is a fun and creative way to explore both the yin and yang sides of yoga through a well-rounded practice. Each class is a fusion of body opening yin postures, dynamic full-body flows and calming breathwork.
Hot Vinyasa Flow
A heated class combining movement with breath. This dynamic practice builds heat within the body, bringing strength, freedom and fluidity to body and mind.
Mindful Movement & Meditation
A dance between slow flowing intentional movement and mindful pauses to encourage time to rest and integrate through your practice. Practices will follow a monthly theme inspired by nature and different wisdom traditions, encouraging deeper connection and understanding of your practice beyond the physical postures.
This class will be a creative blend of movement, themes, meditation, breathwork and sound incorporating instruments in meditation and relaxation, and exploration of different mantra.
Mandala Flow
This will be a playful but nourishing practice, where we will move 360 degrees around the mat. This practice challenges the body whilst also connecting you to the power of the breath and finding inner focus. The practice begins and ends with restorative postures, so you will have a little bit of everything!
Little Yogis (5-10yrs)
A class designed for all levels and abilities, the perfect accompaniment to their time at school, this class helps children to explore their bodies, minds and emotions whilst building their own individual practice. Children may be left with the teacher at this age without an adult.

Pregnancy Yoga
Offer your pregnant body the care it deserves with this peaceful Yoga class.
Expect a mix of strengthening and relaxing practices that will ease your aches & pain and promote peace of mind.
Connect to the local pregnant community and prepare for the transition to motherhood in the safe hands of our specialist teacher.
Restorative Yoga
A slow, nourishing and less active class. The perfect class to improve flexibility, clear your mind and de-stress. The class will be cosy and warm to help you unwind and relax both mind and body.
Restorative postures often use props, are held for longer periods and are carefully selected to help improve joint pain and stretch your body from head to toe.
The class is suitable for beginners but also seasoned yoga students who want to improve their flexibility.
Trapeze Yoga
The Yoga Trapeze is an anti-gravity class which uses both the ground and the support of a suspended material sling with suspension hand sets to transform traditional yoga into a multi dimensional experience. This class builds strength, flexibility, confidence and connection to self. Trapeze is open to all with options for everyone.
Teen Trapeze (11-15yrs)
A class designed for all levels and abilities, with all the techniques, wisdom and practices Yoga can provide to support them through the tumultuous teenage years preparing them for adulthood! Incorporating the Trapeze into our practice Teens learn balance, confidence, focus & strength!
Warm Blissful Flow
Ananda or Bliss in Yoga is a state of true peace, of true connection with every aspect of the self. A class to reset, realign and restore, beginning with meditation, then slowly inviting movement into the body, building towards a strong yet gentle flow to start your Sunday the right way!
Yin
Yin is a challenge for both body and mind, working to find stillness and ease within it. During your practice we work deep into the connective tissues to release and retrain the body to a place of ease.
