At Satya Sanctuary, our aim is to build a community, a place you can call home and a place you can feel a part of something! Autumn Equinox, Sunday 22nd September 2024, 1pm-4pm
Transition from the Yang energy of the Summer and into the Yin of the Autumn, as we take the time to reflect on the energy and events of the Summer through flow, intention setting and philosophy finishing with a beautiful Yin and Yoga Nidra practice to aid the transition in energy. Satya, the second of the Yama’s taken from Patanjali’s Sutra’s means truth, in this workshop we explore this in all it’s forms, the truth within ourselves, our practice and our interactions with the world.
