Meet Donna!

Donna came to find the practice of Yoga through a love for movement. After years of intensive dance industry training and struggles with mental health, Donna made her way to the mat to recover and heal the connection with her self. The practice opened up to mean more than just movement and became a way of living. Inspired by how much this practice had helped her out of a dark place, she embarked on her 200 hour teacher training in Rishikesh, India in 2020 with the desire to share this practice and its teachings from the heart of her own experience.

A devoted student to yoga and its wisdom traditions Donna has studied and furthered her training in India, the UK and Guatemala. She seeks to constantly evolve as a student and teacher of this practice. Honouring its roots, whilst exploring them through the lens of modern life. In her classes she pulls inspiration from and explores different aspects of yogic philosophy, wisdom traditions and our connection to nature. Each class is a relaxed, intentional and creative experience inspiring a deeper mind/body connection.

Donna is passionate about creating a safe space for your practice to unfold. Encouraging the practice to become a blueprint for deeper self enquiry on the mat and to spark a curiosity of how you live your practice off the mat. Donna wishes each class to feel like a sacred ritual in your day, a gift back to yourself and your journey.
